Margot Bassett Silver (she/her) is a Controller at Diverge Finance as well as an independent Nonprofit Financial Consultant. Margot has over 12 years of experience working with many diverse nonprofits in New York City, her previous home, and here in Minneapolis. Margot is a strong communicator and financial storyteller, helping organizations reveal their mission through numbers. She loves providing a service that brings clarity and groundedness to the organizations she serves, and making financial reporting feel accessible and understandable to all. Margot is also a parent and working artist, deeply invested in Minneapolis’ creative community.
